Awesome activities for the residents and they care. Concierge staff are always welcoming and kind. Great place to stay.

I lived here about five years pre-pandemic and just recently moved back after being gone for 4 years. The staff has always been attentive and quick to fix any issues. I have been able to do so much with my new space and have a wonderful sunset view. I am glad to be back and look forward to spending the next few years here.

The apartments are spacious and modern, but what really made my living experience great was the leasing and management team here. They are by far the most helpful, nicest, and attentive team of any apartment I have lived in. And the concierge staff are all great too! Thank you for everything.

Great atmosphere in a quiet neighborhood downtown. Even though these apartments are downtown, security is tight. There is nightly security that walks the resident parking lot and around the block of the building. No one can enter the building without a key fob. The concierge available 24/7 is a HUGE plus!
