  • If you are having problems logging on the wireless network, try a different hot spot then your location in the building. Any hot spot with an SSID beginning with "metro" that you can get a signal from you can log onto with the password. We will be adding additional hot spots as the building fills up. Be sure you have Service Pack 2 on your Windows XP. If you still encounter problems, fill out the service request with a phone Number. We will try to assist. Remember, each unit has a wired connection. It's the phone jack with two ports. The one marked data is your internet connection and it is always on. Just plug in to it and you should be ready to go.
